Client Service Agreement

Last updated: March 2026

This Client Service Agreement governs the services provided by More Calls Website to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Provided

More Calls Website may provide one or more of the following services:

  • Website design and development
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Review system setup
  • Service page and local area optimization
  • Online visibility consulting

Project Scope

The specific scope of work will be defined in writing before work begins. Any requests or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.

Payment Terms

Commercial terms — including the one-time setup fee, monthly or annual subscription price, billing frequency, initial term, and any active promotion — are those set out in your selected plan and order at the time of engagement.

  • Setup Fee: a one-time fee as shown in your selected plan
  • Subscription: billed monthly or annually according to your selected plan

Work begins when we commence any design, development, or configuration work on your project, which starts after your setup fee is received and confirmed. Subscription fees are billed on the schedule in your selected plan. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services, including website hosting, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Client Responsibilities

To complete your project, you must provide:

  • Business information (name, address, phone, services)
  • Logos and branding materials
  • Images and photography
  • Service descriptions and any specific content

Clients are responsible for ensuring all business claims, content, and materials are accurate and lawful. Delays in providing required materials may delay project delivery.

Timeline

Typical website delivery time is approximately 1–3 business days after all required materials are received from the client. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project and responsiveness of the client.

Revisions

Minor revisions to the completed website are included as part of the setup fee. Major changes to the agreed design, layout, or content scope may require additional fees. Revision requests should be submitted within a reasonable time after project delivery.

Termination

Before work begins. Either party may terminate this agreement before work begins with no financial obligation. Work begins when we commence any design, development, or configuration work on your project, which occurs after your setup fee is received and confirmed. If you terminate before work begins, we will refund any setup fee payment we have collected in full and will not charge you for any recurring subscription that has not started.

After work begins. Once work has begun, the setup fee is generally non-refundable because the work involves customized design and development tailored to your business. Recurring subscription fees, cancellation, renewal, and early-termination rights are governed by your selected plan, the More Calls Website Terms and Conditions, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How to request cancellation. To cancel services or discuss a billing concern, contact us at legal@morecallswebsite.com. Cancellations take effect as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

More Calls Website's total liability to the client under this agreement is limited to the total amount paid for services in the applicable project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Acceptance

By paying an invoice, submitting a project request, or approving work to begin, the client agrees to the terms of this Client Service Agreement and the More Calls Website Terms and Conditions. No physical signature is required for this agreement to be binding.
