This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and billing for the website and marketing services provided by More Calls Website. Website plans include a one-time setup fee plus a recurring subscription with a 12-month initial commitment.
The one-time setup fee for each website plan (Starter Website $499, Business Presence $899, Local Growth $1,499, Ads & Leads $1,999) is generally non-refundable once work has begun, because website development involves customized design and configuration tailored to your business. Work begins when we commence any design, development, or configuration work on your project, which occurs after your setup fee is received and confirmed.
If you cancel before any work has begun, we will refund any setup fee payment we have collected in full and will not charge you for any recurring subscription that has not started. To cancel before work begins, contact us at legal@morecallswebsite.com.
Monthly website subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Website plans require a 12-month initial commitment; during that term the recurring subscription is non-cancellable except for material breach by us. After the initial term, your plan continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
Annual billing lets you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service. The annual prepayment is non-refundable once work has begun. The one-time setup fee is the same whether you pay monthly or annually and is not discounted by annual billing. After the annual term ends, your plan renews unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Ongoing marketing services included in higher-tier plans — such as local SEO, Google Business Profile management, lead tracking, and Google Ads management (Ads & Leads) — are billed as part of your recurring subscription. Work completed within a billing period is non-refundable. These services follow the same cancellation terms as your plan. Services not included in your plan, such as review automation or conversion optimization, are sold separately as add-ons with their own terms.
Advertising management fees (for example, the Ads & Leads plan's management of one Google Search campaign) are non-refundable once the billing period's management work has begun. Your advertising budget is paid separately and directly to the advertising platform and is subject to that platform's own terms and refund policies. We do not control or refund third-party advertising spend.
One-time services and add-ons — such as additional landing pages, copywriting, or setup add-ons — are non-refundable once work has begun. If a one-time service has not yet started, we will refund any payment we have collected for that service in full.
Usage-based services such as SMS, phone call tracking, and AI features are billed based on actual usage. Where a plan includes an allowance, overage is billed separately at the rate shown before checkout. Usage charges are non-refundable once incurred.
Third-party costs — including Google Workspace subscriptions, domain registrations, advertising spend, and other external services — are paid directly to those providers and are subject to their own policies. More Calls Website does not collect or refund third-party fees.
If you request changes or additions outside the original agreed scope, additional fees may apply. These are communicated and agreed in writing before work proceeds. Fees for additional scope are non-refundable once that work has begun.
For any service, work completed up to the point of cancellation remains billable and non-refundable. Where a plan includes ongoing hosting, maintenance, security, and technical upkeep, those services continue through the end of the paid billing period.
To cancel services or discuss a billing concern, contact us at legal@morecallswebsite.com. After your 12-month initial term, cancellations require 30 days' notice. We handle all requests promptly and professionally.
