Clients are solely responsible for all materials they provide to us, including:

By providing materials, clients confirm they have the legal right to use them and that such materials do not infringe on any third-party rights.

• Design frameworks and methodologies
• Website templates and development processes
• Internal tools and systems

Clients retain full ownership of their own business content, branding, and materials provided to us.

Website setup fees and monthly hosting fees apply as outlined in our pricing. Services begin once payment is received and confirmed. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services, including website hosting.

Clients agree to contact More Calls Website directly to resolve any billing concerns or disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to recovery efforts.

Websites rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including:

• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Search engines
• Messaging and communication systems

Because these systems are outside our direct control, More Calls Website is not responsible for:

• Hosting outages or server downtime
• Internet connectivity issues
• Hacking attempts or malware infections
• Search engine algorithm changes
• Third-party platform policy or feature changes

Unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place, ongoing updates, security monitoring, and backups are not guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own hosting accounts and domain registrations unless separate services have been specifically agreed upon in writing.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Hosting failures or third-party platform outages
• Hacking incidents, malware, or data breaches
• Website downtime

Our total liability to any client is limited to the total amount paid for services in the applicable project.

All services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to mediation or binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which More Calls Website operates. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
