Each website plan includes a one-time setup fee plus a recurring subscription. Plans require a 12-month initial commitment; after that term the subscription continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual billing covers a 12-month term (pay for 10 months, receive 12); the setup fee is charged once and is not discounted by annual billing. Services begin once payment is received and confirmed. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services, including website hosting.
Clients agree to contact More Calls Website directly to resolve any billing concerns or disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to recovery efforts.

Where a plan includes hosting, maintenance, security, and technical upkeep, More Calls Website provides those services as described in your selected plan, including routine updates, monitoring, and backups. We are not responsible for: third-party outages or platform downtime; customer-caused damage or unauthorized changes; unsupported custom modifications; extraordinary work outside your plan scope; force majeure events; or the performance of external service providers.
Clients remain responsible for their own domain registrations and third-party subscriptions (such as Google Workspace or advertising platforms) unless those services are specifically agreed upon in writing as part of your plan.

Our total liability to any client is limited to the total amount paid for services in the applicable project.
